HOW IT WORKS
Choose your Single Gold Teeth, Full Gold Grillz or Diamond Grillz design from our categories. We have lots of designs for you to choose from. Select your gold options on the product page and add as many as you wish to order in the Qty section.
When ordering single teeth, please fill the tooth position field in the product options with the description of which tooth you want to be made, for example, Canine on my left or second tooth on my right. Always count from the middle of your mouth towards the side (right or left).
GOLD TYPES
Dental gold is a non-precious dental alloy used by the dentist when you get a crown or filling. It's made to go into the mouth without any harmful effects. Dental gold can be yellow or white gold colour. It's a cheaper alternative compared to precious gold.
If you are looking for more value to your Grillz, precious gold is what you're after. We offer a range from 10k, 14k or 18k white, yellow or rose gold and only solid gold and not gold plated.
Sorry, but we do not use silver as it is very toxic in the mouth by itself. It can be broken down by saliva, thus leaking harmful chemicals into the body. We use solid white gold instead of silver, and it is safe to be used in the mouth and looks like silver.
There is a colour difference in different gold types—the more karat into the gold, the richer the yellow colour. For white gold, there is a slight colour difference but not a lot. Dental white, 14k, and 18k look is very similar. The only difference would be the 10k white gold that has a slight yellow tint.
HOW TO PREPARE FOR YOUR APPOINMENT
Please clean your teeth and use dental floss before arriving at your appointment.
COVID - 19
Due to Covid-19 and both you and your technician's safety, a mask must be worn to your appointment, and talking will be limited.
Text when you arrive at your appointment and wait in your vehicle or outside the location. You will receive a text back to let you know when to come in. Should you have any further questions or queries, we ask that you communicate them over the phone to limit in-person contact time.
No extra guests, including children, are allowed at this time.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on personalised jewellery orders. This means that we cannot provide exchanges or refunds on items that have been specially altered or personalised for you in any way.
If you cancel the order after we send you the mould kit, please note a £30 charge for the mould kit and £7 for postage and packaging. The total of £37 will be deducted from your initial payment.
Please note that we can't offer any refunds after we receive your teeth' mould and start making it.
We are unable to offer refunds for the items on sale.
We are unable to offer refunds in case of loss or damage to the item.
GRILLZ MAINTENACE INFO
Cleaning your Grillz is easy. You can use warm water mixed with washing up liquid to clean your Grillz. Using a soft brush, make sure you clean them all around and outside and rinse them with clean water. Place them on a clean tissue to dry.
Make sure you floss regularly, at least once a day in the evening after removing your gold teeth. Maintaining good oral hygiene is always important.
Grillz can also be cleaned with toothpaste but not the abrasive kind. Gently brush them all around inside and outside, rinse them with clean water and let them dry on a tissue. We recommend that you do this every day after use to keep your Grillz clean.
CLEANING
Please make sure to keep your gold teeth nice and clean at all times, as explained above, to avoid gold tarnishing and bacteria build-up.
USE THE GOLD POLISHING CLOTH
Gold polishing cloths keep your Grillz shining as new. After you clean them, rub the Grillz dry with the cloth to keep the polish nice and fresh. Also, you can send them back to us or come in store for a professional polish free of charge.
JEWELLERY CLEANERS
Jewellery Cleaners are not recommended to be used on your gold Grillz as its very toxic to the body when ingested. Please don't use the solution on your Grillz.
DAILY USE
Please refrain from eating or sleeping with the Grillz on. Limit the time you wear them.
EATING
We recommend that you don't eat with the Grillz on as there removable, and bacteria can get trapped in between the grillz and the teeth. Also, eating with them will not be 100% comfortable.
SMOKING
Smoking is not recommended at any time, especially when wearing the Grillz. The cigarette tar and any other smoking substance can affect the gold colour over time.
